We are looking for a talented and experienced Design Manager ? Interior fit out to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior fit out and will be responsible for leading the design team, managing projects, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality designs.Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the design team, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of projects- Oversee the design process from concept development to final delivery, ensuring that all designs meet the clients requirements and industry standards- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the design and construction process- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that timelines and budgets are met- Stay updated on the latest design trends, materials, and technologies to ensure that our designs remain innovative and competitive in the market- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and design reviews to gather feedback and ensure client satisfaction- Contribute to the development and improvement of design processes, standards, and best practices within the organization.- Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. - Proven experience in interior fit out projects, with a minimum of 15 years in a design management role.
