? Preparation of design schemes of Electrical Layout plan as per norms for residential, commercial as well as industrial buildings.? Preparation of Space and volume calculation, Preliminary Calculation, Schematic, Detail Design, Load schedule , Small Power Layouts, Cable tray, Earthing Layouts, Lighting Protection design, Cable sizing, Voltage drop & Short circuit calculations.? Prepare and coordinate for peer review report on schematic/DD design.? Prepare Lux level calculation for residential /commercial projects as per CIBSE standards and Client requirements.? Preparing Project BOQ, Specification, Method of statement & vendor list.? Providing accurate and detailed reports on the progress of construction projects to the direct line manager.? Review Material submittal, Shop drawings, Pre Qualifications and ensure which is inline with project requirements? Monitor and control project progress against performance measurement baseline?Verify and approve interim, final invoices and variations according to project progress? Ensuring that programs, procedures & policies are followed.? Implementing changes through configuration management? Inspect for MIR, IR and implement NCR and SOR according to the Quality matrix and ensure local regulations are complied with by the contractor? Coordinate testing and commissioning checklist and required matrix to follow.
