Black & Grey HR is hiring for a growing architecture design and production company in Dubai. Our client is looking for a detail oriented Interior Design director to oversee the strategic design projects for their clients in Dubai. You will be responsible for-<br /><br />- Define and prioritize the delivery of all technical drawing needed to execute the projects without any delay in the mentioned timeframe<br />- Serve as the engineering leader and technical expert<br />- To provide guidance and direction to detailer team to ensure operational and technical excellence<br />- To establishes structures, policies and procedures for the department<br />- To develops projects schedules and ensures their timely implementation and completion<br />- To coordinate with the Production Director & Project Management on project priorities, to monitor the schedules and report progress<br />- To coordinate with the Project Management team to meet with the client to determine factors affecting the design such as architectural preferences, requirements, and budget<br />- Working out the human and material resources needed with the workshop in charge and Ensuring that health and safety in the drawings as per site regulations<br />- To coordinate with the Technical coordinator after finalizing the final architectural drawings and details specifications to ensure the design specifications and accuracy in the detail drawings and shop drawings<br />- To review and check all project drawings to ensure standardization, compliance of the design as specified, and accuracy, before issuing to the respective team for the final check print and signature<br />- To maintain a thorough project record, including all client approvals, and all drawings and related Hort impntq to a nrniprt<br />- Develop a professional Design Office with relevant tools/process/ organization and Make sure of the feasibility of any technical drawings in terms of production<br />- Organize regular market/expos/fairs visits to be always up-to-date with the latest techniques related to the interiors and architecture fields<br />- To maintain systemized digital files including archiving and backing up files<br /><br />Requirements- Graduate of an accredited architecture or design school.<br />- 10+ years progressive experience working on Retail interior design projects.<br />- Comprehensive knowledge of the Retail interior architecture and design industry<br />- Working knowledge of budget preparation<br />- Highly developed presentation and graphic communication skills, including the ability to clearly communicate a design concept to designers, technical staff and clients<br />- Complete understanding of the works of a project<br /><br /><br />BenefitsAttractive Salary + Benefits<br />
