Job Description

Position Title: Senior Manager - CivilEmployment Type: Full TimeSalary: up to 30K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualificationsJob Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A Dubai-based contracting company specializing in the execution of large-scale high-rise towers and residential projects.

  • Develop and implement a detailed construction plan for structural works, including timelines, resources, and sequencing for residential high-rise buildings and review and approve structural drawings, specifications, and plans before construction begins.
  • Oversee day-to-day site activities related to structural works, including concrete pouring, steel reinforcement, formwork installation, and erection of structural components.
  • Ensure that construction activities comply with building codes, standards, and project specifications.
  • Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure the structural integrity of the building and inspect materials, workmanship, and completed work to ensure they meet the project?s specifications and standards.
