This position involves preparing cost estimates, reviewing technical requirements, and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in both home automation technologies and low current systems, with a strong technical background and a keen eye for detail. Immediate JoiningKey Responsibilities:

• Develop accurate and detailed cost estimates for home automation and low current systems (LCS) projects, including security systems, audio-video solutions, networking, lighting control, and more.
• Analyze project specifications, blueprints, and scope of work to create comprehensive estimates.
• Collaborate with project managers, design engineers, and clients to assess project requirements and provide accurate cost forecasts.
• Prepare detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and technical submittals.
• Conduct site visits to assess project scope, requirements, and existing conditions.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for material costs and availability.
• Track project progress and provide regular updates on budget vs. actual costs.
• Assist in the preparation of tenders, bids, and proposals.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, local regulations, and company policies in all estimates and project planning.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to cost overruns, material shortages, and other potential issues.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the project team as needed.

• Bachelor?s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 2 years of UAE experience in estimation and cost management for home automation, LCS, or similar industries.
• Strong understanding of home automation systems, security systems, audio-visual systems, lighting control, and network solutions.
• Experience with industry-standard estimation software and tools.
• Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Previous experience working with home automation or low current systems is highly preferred.

• Professional certifications in Estimation, Project Management, or Home Automation (e.g., CEA, PMP, etc.).
• Experience with AutoCAD or similar design software is a plus.
• Familiarity with smart home platforms such as Crestron, Control4, or KNX.
