DY MANAGER, TURNAROUNDEnsure that the CDU Turnaround is completed safely within the time in adherence to quality.Ensure all site personnel are interviewed by COMPANY and mobilized at site on time.Ensure proper communication with the Turnaround Execution Manager (TEM) and PlanningDepartment Manager (PDM) to prioritize all instruction given by themEnsure competent and adequate manpower and equipment (resources) are mobilized to site for theScope of Work.Ensure HSE Manager takes corrective actions and prepares closeout report for all sub-standard conditions, incidents recorded at site.Coordinate all site activities with his site Managers.Ensures that their Planning Manager develops Level 4 planning in consultation with TAPM and reports the progress at the daily progress meeting.Ensure proper resources and support is given to the subcontractor.Ensures QA/QC Manager effectively coordinates his activities.Coordinate effectively all subcontractor works at site and give them support as per the establishedMoU.Coordinates Radiography windows with all concerned and ensure such activities are carried outSafely at site.Ensure Administration Manager requests for LOA in time for application of Oil Security Pass (CriticalInfrastructure and Costal Protection Authority)Ensure re-measurable quantities in the agreement documents are not exceeding the agreementceiling quantity.Ensure that the Administration In-charge submit all requirement for refinery entry exit pass as perprocedure.Ensure that all the additional works get formal approval as per the agreed protocol.
