Sajid Habib General Trading L.L.C is the country representative of SWISH for UAE and looking for a passionate Deputy Manager,Sales to join our sales team . you should be an inspired self-starter and able to drive sales growth throughbuilding rapport with customers and close sales.Job Responsibilities:? Set and meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales executives and meet showroom monthly target.? Build strong relation with top architectures and real estate companies to bring repeated business for SWISH.? Build relationship with government employees and communicate our brand value to bring government projects for SWISH.? Regular client visit and follow-up, find out potential client and submit quotation to Client to gain project sales.? Manage business development and sales team members to keep them motivated? Driving up sales and profitability by proactively and reactively following up on leads, creating new customers and relationships.? Ensure compliance of SWISH outlets by managing outlet team members and ensure five-star feelings at swish outlets.? Responsible to create a positive vibe at market about SWISH brand awareness among customers and increase brand image within the competitive market.? Understand top managements massage and convey to all team members about management words & keep them motivated.? Provide appropriate training and supervise how to handle difficult and complicated sales.? Deliver updates to top management about showrooms scenario and market intelligence? Maintain accurate sales report and regularly submit to top management.? Ensure team work and focus on team building to achieve monthly sales goal.? Resolving strain and conflict between employees to promote a jovial and productive workplace.
