The principal role of Deputy Head Teaching & Learning is to ensure high rates of student progress that leads to attainment above curriculum standards. In collaboration with the SLT, the responsibility of Deputy Head Teaching & Learning includes but not limited to:? facilitating and leading curriculum design and adaptation sessions? ensuring high standards of teaching for effective learning? monitoring and evaluating teacher performance as a part of performance management? guiding department heads by sharing the best educational practices through discussions and workshops? leading procurement, analysis and triangulation of data.
