Identify legal risks, conduct analysis and assessment and ensure minimization of legal risks of the Company and its new projects.
Organize dispute resolution and claim settlement work, including representation of the Company?s interests in courts of all instances.
Debt recovery work.
Prepare and render legal support in the course of implementation of various complex transactions (including cross-border transactions).
Render legal support to day-to-day business operations of the Company.
Ensure legality of organizational and executive documentation.
Control Company?s compliance with obligations vis--vis other Company?s participants and covenants undertaken before financial institutions (creditors).
Ensure compliance with the legislation of UAE and protect Company?s interests.
Advise the Company?s management on all legal matters.
