Job Description

As a key member of the AKQA management team you will develop client roadmaps to identify and win new business while building and maintaining relationships with existing clients. You will be responsible for revenue growth and helping to further establish AKQA in the region.   • Studio budget and P&L management
  • Full accountability for revenue growth and forecasting
  • Understanding of local markets and established contacts to identify and pursue newbusinessopportunities
  • Establish service offering across Strategy, Creative, Experience and Media
  • Team leadership and people management
  • Recruitment and retention of outstanding professionals across disciplines
  • Strong track record of developing and nurturing client relationships
  • Coordination and collaboration with regional management
  • Help shape the vision and culture of the studio
QUALITIES AND CHARACTERISTICS
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in the region
  • Prior experience business development and maintaining client relationships
  • Success in leading successful large operations
  • Strong and inspiration people manager
  • Driven, accountable and results oriented
  • Passionate about finding high quality solutions for clients
