? Repair vehicles in accordance with dealer/distributor standards, within flat rate time ensuring that the assigned body repair jobs are executed in line with standard operational procedures and specifications and standards so that overall objectives in terms of productivity and quality are being met or exceeded? Advise foreman prior to fitting any major body parts outside the norm for routine job? Obtain technical information from the Body Shop Foreman on problem jobs adhering strictly to manufacturer technical ? Noting the description of all work performed on the back of repair order if required? Prepares the tools, equipment required to complete each task and ensures all components at the periphery of the work location are in operational condition ? Place all replaced body parts in proper location to dispose all waste materials appropriately? Weld small components like copper plumbing for residential use and large ones like pipelines for power plants or beams for buildings and bridges? Asses equipment, structures, materials, and job specifications for appropriate welding positions and methods? Trim metal components using heat, fire, and electricity? Monitors work environment for hazards and maintains healthy ventilation levels to avoid particle or gas inhalation? Follows safety protocol, including wearing heat-resistant gloves, protective masks, and safety shoes
