Register New Job Cases in the system and create Labpan numbers for proper tracking of cases.
Maintain and provide back up reports
Answer customer queries via email, call and WhatsApp
Monitor urgent cases religiously
Lab rounds at 9:00am, 10:30am, 12:30pm and 2:00pm everyday
Update realtime status of Job cases in the system
Assist the Q.A and Q.C. regarding the full history of the job cases
Assist the Production Manager in distributing the job cases when needed.
Make sure all instructions in the Job order form are provided before packing.
Take photos every job cases and input in the system for monitoring.
Properly packed the Job cases ready for shipping.
Maintain job cases packedreports per day
Turn over all outgoing job cases to the reception ready for shipping
Coordinate with the driver regarding for pick up and ready to deliver cases.
