Urgent Requirement for a Demi Chef De Partie (Pastry & Bakery) for a well-known Luxury Hotel in Dubai.

Responsibilities:???????Responsible for assisting the Sous Chef and the Head Chef to develop new dishes or menu.???????Consults daily with the Sous Chef and Head chef on the daily operations and also about any last-minute events.???????Prepare, cook and present dishes within your speciality.???????Manage and train any demi-chef de parties or commis working with you.???????Ensure that high standards of food hygiene and the rules of health & safety are being observed at all times.???????Monitor portion and waste control to maintain profit margins.
