Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Demi Chef De Partie to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Demi Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for assisting the Chef De Partie in preparing and cooking high-quality dishes. You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure that all food is prepared and presented according to our standards.Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the Chef De Partie in preparing and cooking dishes
  2. Follow recipes and guidelines to ensure consistency in taste and presentation
  3. Ensure that all food is prepared and presented according to our standards
  4. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
  5. Assist in stock control and rotation
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Demi Chef De Partie
  2. Experience in a similar role in a private sector company
  3. Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  5. Excellent teamwork and communication skills
