Job Description

We are searching for a talented demand planner to ensure our company?s operations are timely, efficient, and cost-effective. You will assist in all demand planning duties, including estimating future product demand, analyzing inventory flow, and developing forecast models.To succeed in this role, you should be professional, highly analytical, and possess excellent communication skills. The successful candidate should also have in-depth knowledge of advanced mathematical and forecasting policies.

  • Description:
  • After-Sales Support: Coordinate daily with the Sales Department for customers? purchase items, processed orders, invoicing, and after-sales services.
  • Demand Planning: Develop effective forecast models based on industry trends and demand patterns. Responsible for ensuring accurate inventory by analyzing the current inventory status and updating the ordering parameters. Daily monitoring of stock movement, running report of daily inventory adjustment.
  • Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI): Maintaining parameters of the replenishment model and making sure it is accurately input into the system, including lead times, reorder point, economic order quantities, suppliers minimum order quantities, etc.

  • Supply Chain and Procurement:
  • Document physical supply chain processes, such as workflows, cycle times, position responsibilities, or system flows.
  • Monitor forecasts and quotas to identify changes or determine their effect on supply chain activities.
ÿúÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿSourcing: Establish framework agreements that meet business needs. Update information relating to the supplier, including specification, product, delivery time, after-sales service, payment method, and potential development.ÿ
  • Inventory Management: Managing and controlling all inventory and warehouse operations, ensuring excellent record keeping, and implementing inventory standard operating procedures. Analyze inventories to determine how to increase inventory turns, reduce waste, or optimize customer service.
  • External Communications:
  • Coordinating with other supply chain members, including suppliers, vendors, company drivers, shipping companies, and warehouse managers, to ensure timely shipments.
  • To ensure smooth supply chain operation, communicate with vendors regarding order status or delivery issues.
