Job Description

Warehouse driver physically fit and safe driving skills to fulfil time sensitive delivery duties. The He should inspect assigned delivery documents and pick the stocks and prepare for delivery and then load the delivery in vehicle and deliver to the locations on time. Should have warehouse knowledge in retail and food and beverage Receiving operation. Aware of Health and basic food safety and able to work in Freezers and chillers.Internal

  • Interacting with all food and beverage, retail and other departments and business units.
  • Attending daily monthly department meetings
ExternalúÿÿÿÿÿÿAttending vendor delivery receiving stocks as per the purchase orders and invoices for Retail and Food & beverage OperationsúÿÿÿÿÿÿCheck and Ensure all the trucks are working condition and ramps and chiller are working properlyúÿÿÿÿÿÿMaintains vehicles (checking fluid levels, fuelling, cleaning, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring safe operation of vehicle.úÿÿÿÿÿÿTrucks are handled with care and any maintenance required need to address to warehouse Team Leader or Senior Supervisor also the driving speed limits are obeyed within the park.úÿÿÿÿÿÿMaintain cleanliness of chiller food truck all the time and follow HACCP and Dubai municipality standards and maintain cleaning records.úÿÿÿÿÿÿPrepare stocks for F&B outlet pick all the items as per the pick list and ensure packing size, quantity is checked, and expiry dates are mentioned on the Pick list.úÿÿÿÿÿÿEnsure all the items are picked as per First Expiry First Out (FEFO) basis in the Freezer, chiller and dry storeúÿÿÿÿÿÿUse only plastic pallets to keep all the food items and segregate the pallets as per the outletúÿÿÿÿÿÿÿLoads delivery vehicles for the purpose of ensuring that all items and supplies are properly secured.úÿÿÿÿÿÿLoad the items into Truck as per the outlet requisition and deliver all the items to the outlet as per the park time.úÿÿÿÿÿÿAll the Fresh chilled and frozen items are delivered to the outlet in temperature-controlled vehicle and make sure product temperature is maintained correctly.úÿÿÿÿÿÿSafely use order picker, Electric Pallet Jack to move warehouse materials according to proper safety instructions and as directed.úÿÿÿÿÿÿAll F&B items are verified with outlet staff and obtain signature name and ID number on the requisitionúÿÿÿÿÿÿAny discrepancy during the delivery need to be notified to warehouse team leaderúÿÿÿÿÿÿAll the signed outlet requisitions to be return to the team leader after the deliveryúÿÿÿÿÿÿRetails items are picked as per the pick list provided by team leader and update bin cards correctly during the picking.úÿÿÿÿÿÿLoad and deliver the items to the outlet as per the park time and ensure product are not damaged while transportation.úÿÿÿÿÿÿAssist Team leader to conduct weekly expiry date checks for food and beverage items in warehouse.úÿÿÿÿÿÿParticipates in physical inventories for the purpose of verifying stock and identifying losses for Retail and F&B stocks.úÿÿÿÿÿÿMaintains various files and records (Receiving, Freezer, Chiller Dry store temperature logs Etc.) for the purpose of documenting activities.úÿÿÿÿÿÿAssists other personnel as may be required for the purpose of supporting them in the completion of their work activities.úÿÿÿÿÿÿUnloads items for the purpose of distributing shipment to assigned site locations and/or individuals.úÿÿÿÿÿÿAny other duties as may be reasonably requested by the Team leader and Senior Supervisor
