We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Delivery Operations Coordinator to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing the delivery, offloading, and installation of high-value servers across various locations in the UAE. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple aspects of the delivery process. Key Responsibilities: ? Site Survey & Coordination: ? Conduct pre-surveys of each delivery site to assess the environment and identify potential challenges. ? Coordinate with site representatives to plan and schedule deliveries efficiently.? Reporting & Risk Assessment: ? Prepare comprehensive site survey reports detailing the findings and recommendations. ? Conduct risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards during the delivery process.? Delivery Support: ? Assist the delivery team in offloading and securely transporting servers within the facility. ? Ensure that servers are unpacked and positioned correctly according to the client?s requirements.? Documentation: ? Prepare completion reports and gather client feedback through structured forms. ? Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted in a timely manner.? Team Leadership: ? Lead and coordinate with the delivery team, providing clear instructions and guidance. ? Offer necessary advice and on-the-job training to team members to ensure high standards of performance.
