Job Description

eMagine Solutions is expanding, and we are looking for a Delivery Consultant to join our team in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone with a sharp eye for talent, strong research capabilities, and a data-driven approach to recruitment. You will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and managing top-tier candidates while leveraging technology and market intelligence to deliver exceptional hiring solutions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Sourcing & Deep-Dive Search ? Proactively identify and attract high-calibre professionals using Boolean search, Recruiter, AI-driven sourcing tools, and industry databases.
  • Candidate Management ? Build and nurture relationships with candidates, conduct in-depth screening calls, and guide them through the hiring process.
  • Market Intelligence & Research ? Analyse hiring trends, competitor activity, and talent movements to provide strategic insights.
  • Data & Technology ? Utilise CRM, ATS, and recruitment automation tools to streamline workflows, track engagement, and enhance efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration ? Work closely with recruitment consultants and hiring managers to align candidate pipelines with business needs.
  • Process Optimisation ? Continuously refine sourcing strategies, database management, and reporting processes for improved talent acquisition outcomes.
  • What You Bring:
  • Experience in recruitment delivery, talent sourcing, or executive search.
  • Expertise in Boolean search, X-ray sourcing, and advanced candidate mapping techniques.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, trends, and hiring metrics.
  • Proficiency in CRM, ATS platforms (such as Bullhorn, Manatal, or Greenhouse), and recruitment tech stacks.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and candidate relationship management skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
