You?ll be at the heart of the recruitment process, ensuring candidates have an exceptional experience while supporting the BD team in closing deals.What you?ll be doing:

  • Sourcing CVs from multiple platforms and identifying top candidates for our clients.
  • Engaging with candidates?conducting interviews, assessing skills, and understanding career aspirations.
  • Presenting exciting opportunities to candidates, guiding them through the hiring process.
  • Managing candidate relationships?keeping them informed, preparing them for interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring journey.
  • Collaborating with the BD team to understand client needs and deliver high-quality talent.
  • Staying ahead of hiring trends and keeping an active pipeline of candidates for key roles.
What we?re looking for:
  • Experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition (agency or in-house).
  • A people-first mindset with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving environment, juggling multiple roles at once.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • A team player who enjoys supporting BD efforts and delivering results.
