Purpose To have experience in application of special paints, textures and finishes:Polished plasters like: Marmorino, Stucco, Velvet finishes as well as applying of gold leaf and all types of effects, like Marble and Wood effects, metallic, spray paints to different structures. To paint the interior and exterior of surfaces, using various tools: /to be familiar with usage of painting brush, roller, scrapper and artistic trowel/ and in various heights and spaces while observing all safety measures.Must be reliable and deft as well as possess great attention to detail in completing duties. The goal is to deliver high-quality painting work. Key Responsibility Areas? Responsible and accountable for listening and understanding the work. Reading blueprints/instructions and examining surfaces to determine the kind and amount of work necessary? Responsible and accountable for making on-site preparations such as building scaffolding, covering fixtures etc.? Prepare walls and other surfaces for painting by scraping, using sandpaper, removing old paint etc.? Fill cracks and holes with appropriate material (e.g. plaster)? Mix paint and other materials to prepare the right color or texture? Paint surfaces according to instructions with various tools? Apply all types of decorative finishes? Responsible for the safe handling and disposal of hazardous materials? Conforms to safety standards as prescribed. Performs other tasks related to the position as assigned?
