Job Description

Position Title:DCDP ? CulinaryEmployment Type:Full TimeSalary: up to 2.5K depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation, transportation and mealJob Location:Dubai, UAEAbout the Client: A newly opened branch of a 5 Star hospitality group based in Dubai.

  • Ensure all preparation of the designated section is complete and ready for each service
  • Ensure good stock and proper waste control is practiced all throughout the kitchen
  • Ensure the use of?station?recipe manuals procedures to give a consistent platform for carrying out operations.?
  • Take action as instructed for all out of spec food orders especially?when needed to do food tasting on new menu??
  • Support the?station?Commi in achieving key performance indicators and optimal line efficiency within the company safety and quality policies
