Job Description

DBU Business Improvement ManagerDescriptionWe are looking for a talented DBU BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT MANAGER to join our team specializing in MARKETING for our DISTRIBUTION BUSINESS SEGMENT in DUBAI, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES.In this role, the candidate will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Manage the development of market intelligence through the design, development, and delivery of information, reports, and projects that improve internal knowledge and accurately inform decision making.
  • Partners with the market segment teams and general managers to develop strategies and forming resolutions that impact business performance.
  • Guide critical Distribution Business Unit (DBU) projects linked to the AME region and BU strategy to maintain profitability and sustain growth.
  • Leverage Business Intelligence (BI) analytics, forecasting and reporting tools to generate market intelligence to support segment and region specific strategic-planning process.
  • Collaborate with the DBU Program Management Office (PMO) to deliver Global Business Transformation initiatives with impact on AME DBU operations.
  • Champions a culture of intelligence gathering, insight generation and value-added support.
QualificationsTo be successful in this role the candidate will need the following:
  • College, university or equivalent degree in marketing, sales, business administration, or related subject required
  • MBA or equivalent degree highly preferred
  • Minimum 5-7 Years? strategic planning experience working required
  • Minimum 3-5 years? experience managing business projects/program preferred
