Proven experience in Database Technologies and able to Architect / Design / implement a DB solution which meet client requirement of High Availability, Performance and Reliability in one or more of the following, ? PostgresSQL ? MySQL.Expertise on Installation, Backup, Restores/ refreshes, etc.Knowledge on installation method of PostgresSQL and significant general system administration skills on UNIX/HP, Linux, Ubuntu.Good working knowledge of Ubuntu/Linux working environment.Experience in Performance Tuning, Query Optimization, Client/Server Connectivity, and Database Consistency Checks using different Utilities.
