We are looking for a Data Entry Operator cum Admin to update and maintain accounting and financial information on our company databases and computer systems.The main responsibilities consist of entering data into the company's databases and maintaining accurate records of valuable company information. Our ideal candidate possesses excellent data entry skills, is familar with windows computers, is prompt, hard-working, and has a meticulous eye for detail.The candidate will work with a data team and an accounting manager. Previous experience as a data entry clerk or similar position will be considered an advantage.The candidate will be expected to accurately enter customer and account level data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits.The candidate will be expected to review data for deficiencies or errors, and report said errors to management.The candidate will be expected to generate simple reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations.Scan documents and print files, when needed.Keep information confidentialRespond to queries for information and access relevant files.Comply with data integrity and security policies.Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions.
