Your main focus will be to design and develop state-of-the-art pipelines that will efficiently transfer data from our production DB to our Data Warehouse. You will be responsible of making data available and with a high level of quality to the Data Team.We are looking for the sort of personality who thrives in a fast-moving, quickly changing, dynamic atmosphere. Has a good understanding of (and is excited by) the challenges of scaling a tech company, including the need to move quickly, compromise for the sake of progress, and wear many hats when required. We hope you are a creative, out of-the-box thinker, who is willing to take risks, because we are looking for someone to design, lead and elevate this area completely end to end!Responsibilities

• Create and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture
• Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, etc.
• Build the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources using SQL and GCP ?big data? technologies.
• Work with stakeholders including the Executive, Product, Data and Design teams to assist with data-related technical issues and support their data infrastructure needs.
• Work with data and analytics experts to strive for greater functionality in our data systems.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of data engineering experience
• Excellent working SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases.
• Experience with relational SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience building and optimizing ?big data? data pipelines, architectures, and data sets.
• Experience with CGP cloud service: GCS, BQ, Google Cloud Dataproc
• Passionate about main data mesh principles
• Experience with big data tools: Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, etc
• Experience with object-oriented/object function scripting languages: Python, Java, etc.
