Job Description

 The Data & Digital Manager oversees scope, planning, budgeting, definition, and initiation of data & digital initiatives. As the data manager, you will oversee the development and use of company data systems, and guarantee that all information to and from the company runs timely and securely. And as a manager, you will oversee the data team members (objectives, priorities, expected training. As a data advocate, the manager also makes sure that every employee of the organization knows and understands to a reasonable extent how to make use of the data collected.To conclude, the Data & Digital Manager will be involved in the definition of the data strategy of Keolis MHI in a short- and long-term perspective. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Developing and implementing an overall organizational data strategy that is in line with business processes. The strategy includes data model designs, data classifications, database development standards, and management of data warehouses and data analytics systems.
• Identifying data sources, both internal and external, and working out a plan for data management that is aligned with organizational data strategy.
• Identifying technical solution to be deployed to match the data objectives defines (collecting, analyzing).
• Defining and maintaining architecture documents of the Keolis MHI Data landscape and Data Platform.
• Coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors for the smooth functioning of the enterprise data system.
• Conducting a continuous audit of data management system performance, refine whenever required, and report immediately any breach or loopholes to the stakeholders.
• Defining and managing the flow of data and dissemination of information within the organization.
• Developing and implementing procedures for effective data management.
• Conducting workshops around data strategy and bests practices to Keolis MHI data community.
• Overseeing the data teams to ensure project completion and to help them to reach their professional objectives.

• Must have working knowledge in operating, maintaining and repairing plant machinery and tools such as machine tools, wheel lathe/ presses/ bores, heavy lifting devices (workshop cranes and jacks), rail maintenance equipment.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills: the ability to successfully listen to, interact with, and communicate clearly with people from diverse nationalities and backgrounds, as well as with senior level internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent Knowledge in Big data solutions, Data Engineering, Data Governance and Architecture, Analytics and Reporting, Data Integration, Data Management and Data Cleansing.
• A strong knowledge in Cloud Technology will be a plus.
• Solid organizational skills: the ability to work independently and productively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible work attitude: the ability to work productively in a team and multi-sectoral environment & independently.
• An analytical mindset with superb communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate complex problems clearly and in nontechnical terms.
• As a tech leader, ability to stay up to date of latest achievements around data technology.
• As per Keolis MHI, a previous experience or an awareness of Public Transports specificities and goals.

• Must have minimum 5 years10 + years of experience as a data & digital management.
• Successfully Managed 2 projects in data management for large enterprises.
• Experience in the following technologies is preferred:

• ETL Tools: Informatica, Talend Cloud
• Data Management DBMS: MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL
• Data Quality Tools: Informatica, Talend Cloud
• Big Data Warehouse: HDFS, Azure ADLS
• Big Data analytics platform: Hadoop, Databricks
• Analytics Engine: Apache Spark
• Data Streaming
• Reporting Tools: Power BI, Cognos BI
• Programming Language: Python
• DevOps: Azure DevOps

• Mush hold vocational trade certificate, diploma or degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Certifications in Data management is mandatory
• Certifications in a Cloud Platform.
• Certifications in Project Management.
