Purpose of role: ? Data Collection, Preparation and Evaluation ? Data Analysis and Dashboard (Business Intelligence) ? Collaborate with multiple stakeholders ? Comply with health, safety and environment policy ? Risk Management Key Responsibilities: ? Analyze data requirements and gather data as per the need, clean it, construct it to get useful information with accuracy.? Communicate with local operations team for any data requirement or discrepancy.? Design comprehensive data reports assisting business managers and executives in making good business decisions. ? Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets. ? Assess the data quality and help with various data cleansing and reconciliation tasks.? Prepare reports based on data analysis and presentation to the management.? Turn complex data and large data sets into easy to understand visuals which can be presented and articulated to the senior management team Integrate data to Power BI dashboard and fix any integration issues.? Convey information to stakeholders effectively and efficiently.? Systematically organize the various aspects of a problem or situation.? Guide local business units in various operational project requirements.? Facilitate communication between top management and BU?s as required.? Support Internal departments with operational data and requirements gathering.Required Qualifications, skills and experience: ? Technical degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Stats, Applied Math, Physics, from a University or equivalent ? Minimum 2 years relevant experience in a Data Analyst or similar role ? Excellent verbal, written and listening skills. ? Advance MS.Excel Skills (Pivot Tables, VBA automation) ? Power BI (Basic to Intermediate level)
