Key Objectives:Collect sales, demand & P&L related data from subsidiaries or internal supply chain SystemOrganize them in sets of comprehensive reports for management and Product Managers with insights / highlights and key actions. Such reports could be (but limited to):Sales,Demand.Inventory,Sell Out Etc?Provide Headquarter with official set of reports in respect of established timelines.Position Responsibilities:Contacting Subsidiaries and Branch offices daily and weekly to collect necessary sales, inventory and other quantitative and qualitative dataManaging internal Data, Supply Chain Management Organizing and Analysing collected data into daily/weekly/monthly reportsInputting data into the Various KPI documents Reporting the results back to the relevant members of the businessVisualizing the data for analysis and decision making Responding to ad-hoc request from RHQ or HQ.Working closely with related departments, such as Innovation, marketing and each product.
