About Us:We are seeking a seeking a talented and detail-orientedÿDigital Marketing Managerÿto lead our marketing initiatives and oversee the day-to-day operations of theÿISA Creative DepartmentÿatÿISA Media Group. This role is perfect for aÿsocial media mavenÿwith strong design skills and a solid background in digital marketing services.Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management:ÿDevelop and execute engaging social media strategies for ISA Creative and our clients across platforms (Meta, Instagram, TikTok, etc.). Maintain a consistent brand voice and drive audience engagement.
  • Ad Campaign Management: Plan, create, and optimize ad campaigns to meet clients? goals. Experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads is a must.
  • Copywriting:ÿCraft compelling and conversion-focused copy for social media, websites, and ad campaigns. Ability to adapt tone and style to fit different brands.
  • Graphic & Video Editing:ÿAdvanced skills in creating and editing high-quality graphics and videos for various digital platforms. Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent is required.
  • Creative Design:ÿCollaborate with the design team to develop eye-catching visual content that aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
  • Administrative Support:ÿManage key admin tasks such as visa applications, employee documents, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily office functions including supplies and internet connectivity.
  • Team & Freelancer Sourcing:ÿIdentify and onboard new team members, freelancers, and suppliers to support marketing and operational needs.
