Job SummaryThis role mainly responsible for delivering operational excellence across the board including; Scheduling & Programming; Member Retention; Service-Quality delivery; Human Resource Management; Member Management; Marketing; and P&L Management of the Adult Dance Programs.Duties & ResponsibilitiesOperations Daily program management by ensuring correct conduct of classes and delivery of the program Defining the program governance (controls), managing risks and issues, and taking corrective actions Planning the overall program by analyzing capacity utilization and monitoring member feedback towards classes Producing accurate and timely reporting of customer behavior within the Dance program including attendance, retention, frequency and booking behavior Immediately respond to member needs or concerns to ensure the quality of service meets agreed standards Address all member tickets directed from the Dance community in compliance with set timeframes and close with high customer satisfaction Managing the main program, schedule and instructor documentationsMarketing Coordinating the program?s projects and events with the stakeholders Managing communication with its community and internal stakeholders Responsible of the program?s social media accountsFinance Managing the program?s budget and be accountable on achieving the program?s monthly/quarterly targetsHuman Resources Proactive recruitment of potential freelancers and PEPs to deliver the program at its highest quality Provide training and direction to full-time and freelance coaches, and PT coaches in the execution of the program Leave management of full-time team members Overall team motivation and attend to disciplinary procedures, as neededFacilities Management Managing and utilizing resources which includes but not limited to equipment and area Oversee and report on facility management including hard services and soft services relating to all Dance studios using the FM software In-charge of the opening and closing checklist on the FM Software
