Job Description

We are a High-End Solution provider for Audio Video, Home Cinema & Home Automation systems, offering turnkey solutions for residential & commercial projects all around the world. Our company is looking for a Customer Support Representative to work with us.

  • Proven customer support experience or experienced as a client service representative
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Able to work with Zoho, but not limited to, Outlook, Word, Excel skills
  • Knowledge of customer service principles, Scheduling, techniques, systems and standards
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Strong time management and organizational skills; can work to tight scheduling & deadlines, able to prioritize and manage several different tasks at the same time
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail and keen sense of accuracy in preparing official documentation
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly, and thrive in a high-pressure environment
  • Ability to work on own initiative as well as being a team player
  • Excellent communication skills ? both written and verbal
  • Understand the demand of consumers to provide timely service and solutions.
  • Cater to client queries by providing accurate data using appropriate communication channels.
  • Manage consumer queries and complaints in real-time by offering practical solutions, ensuring complete problem resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
  • Collaborate with the managers to stay informed about changes in company rules and new projects.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to solve ongoing issues with a product or service.
