Job Description

As a Customer Support and Calling Executive, you will be responsible for:

  1. Bilingual Communication: Effectively communicating with customers in both Tamil and Hindi languages to address their inquiries, concerns, and requests.
  2. Customer Assistance: Providing courteous and professional assistance to customers via phone calls, email, or chat, ensuring their satisfaction with our products or services.

  5. Documentation: Accurately documenting customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system for future reference and analysis.
  6. Quality Assurance: Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards to maintain high levels of customer service excellence.
  7. Team Collaboration: Collaborating with colleagues and team members to share knowledge, address challenges, and contribute to a positive work environment.
