Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide demo and training to customer about the product
  • Drive the strategy, planning and execution of the organizations overall customer experience goals
  • Take ownership of queries and proactively following through to resolution
  • Develop best processes that are well explanatory to the customers of our product
  • Work within the team that are obsessed with providing excellent customer experience
  • Cascade customer feedback at various level of granularity to respective teams?
  • Develop best-in-class new customer onboarding process that creates a WoW effect to the new customers without being overbearing or obnoxious.
  • Lead, train, and coach the team
  • Ability to work in a structured environment and adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements
  • Document scrutiny
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by HOD
