Job Description

Our client is a leading online wealth management organization with headquarters in the UAE. They are looking for an experienced Customer Solutions Executive with background in banking, or Forex within the fintech industry. Candidate must be fluent in Russian to be selected for this role.

  • Provide assistance to clients globally through live support in opening and updating existing accounts, keeping records up to date and communicating with appropriate department in solving issues.
  • Flawless phone decorum and management.
  • Handle of Back-office enquiries.
  • Upkeep customers with practical and troubleshooting concerns and on platforms.
  • Deal with grievances of a changing nature on point and successfully.
  • Coordinate with the compliance officer.
