Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As an integral part of our company, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from potential customers generated through our blast email campaigns. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional service, maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up.Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize email campaigns and improve lead generation strategies.
  • Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer service and data.
