Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Sales & Business Development Executive to join our thriving team.The successful candidate will have the primary responsibility of reaching out to potential clients, including organisations and universities, using various channels such as , email, phone, and other suitable channels.You will play a critical role in identifying prospective customers, understanding their needs, presenting our software solutions, and arranging appointments to further discuss and demonstrate the value our products can offer.Your ultimate goal is to increase our client base and revenue through effective and sustained sales strategies.Responsibilities:

  • Identifying potential clients and generating leads through various outreach strategies.
  • Contacting prospective clients through different channels such as , email, phone, etc.
  • Effectively communicating our softwares features, benefits, and potential value to prospective clients.
  • Arranging appointments with potential clients to provide detailed presentations and demonstrations of our software.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets on a regular basis.
  • Maintaining a detailed database of all interactions, clients, and prospective clients.
  • Keeping abreast with industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Providing feedback to the product development team on potential product improvements and new areas for expansion.
