They are looking for an experienced Customer Support Executive with a background in sales, banking, or Forex within the fintech industry.˙<b>Responsibilities</b>Assist clients worldwide through live supportAnswer emails, assisting with the opening of client accounts, amending existing accounts, maintaining client records and liaising with appropriate departmentsImpeccable telephone etiquette and managementHandle of Back-office queriesSupport clients with technical and troubleshooting issuesDeal with complaints of a varying nature promptly and effectivelyProvide support and troubleshooting on platformsLiaise with all departments to resolve issuesLiaise with the compliance officer regarding complaints and approval of accountsProvide all relevant information to clients regarding documents and materials for opening new accountsRequirementsFluent in English and Chinese-Mandarin.˙Knowledge of any other languages is an advantageGood command of communication skills requiredAbility to work efficiently under pressureProficient in MS office application and computer skillsKnowledge of Financial Market will be considered an advantagePrevious experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage.
