We are seeking an efficient Customer Service Agent with a driver?s license who can speak English and Arabic for our Dubai office.This role involves handling rental operations, including customer service, vehicle management, and documentationwith experience in a Car Rental company.Responsibilities:1. Greeting customers professionally and assisting them according to their needs2. Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers3. Coordinate car bookings, ensuring timely and accurate reservation payments and dealing with cards4. Opening/Closing agreements on the system on time5. To receive inquiries and close deals6. Provide excellent customer service and support7. Responsible for providing customers with the whole process of standardized car delivery and money collection service.8. Explain the terms of rental agreements to the client.9. Perform other ad-hoc tasks
