Customer Service Representative (Eligibility:?Rent a Car Experience.?Well Verse with Excel, PPT and other Microsoft office software.?Can join immediately is an advantage.Description :?Coordinating with customer and arranging the replacement of similar category vehicles through the driver, also ensuring to attend all service booking on agreed time.?Opening and closing of all transactions of vehicles which are collected for repair /service/accident.and transferring to workshop and other agency based on job requirement.?Attending breakdown by providing equivalent vehicle as per the standard procedure period in Dubai and other emirates based on distance.?Coordinating with workshop for customer original vehicles and updating on timely basis.?Ensuring to return all original vehicle to customer once ready from workshop.?Ensuring to maintain high quality replacement vehicle as perstandard.?Making sure to assign jobs to team members regularly to ensure high productivity.?Analyzing points based on distance/location and approving drivers OT?Make sure fleet reconciliation is done on daily basis and clear the variance if any same day.??
