Job Description

We are a company in the jewelry field, and we are looking to hire a customer relationship representative. Duties mainly consist of chat interactions of customers and potential customers within our platform.

  • Will mainly act as a sales channel and support
  • Interactions between rep and customers shall be updated and recorded on CRM
  • Able to identify and escalate issues to management
  • Help with photography of jewelry items
  • Social media posting and responding to inquiries on socials
Our working hours are 9:30am - 6:30pm with Sundays off and 1 hour lunch break
