Job Description

Position Title:Customer Service RepresentativeEmployment Type:FulltimeSalary:up to 3K AED depending on experience and qualification plus transportation, OT Pay, and incentivesJob Location:Dubai, UAEAbout the Client: One of the Industry trusted leaders as a center for delivering training in driving all types of vehicles within UAE with proven record of quality results from qualified instructors.

  • Interact with customers over the phone by answering calls to provide information in response to inquiries about the services
  • Take inbound calls to handle and resolve complaints.
  • Call outbound to coordinate with RTA for document approvals, to attain driving permits, etc.
  • Enroll the customer in the system accurately and get the acknowledgment of the same by the customer.
  • Prepare credit report and attain approval from the authorized person.
