An exciting opportunity is available for a Customer Service Representative at Corys Build Centre (CBC), in Al Quoz.The focus of Corys Build Centre is to create an ever growing and loyal customer base by ensuring an exceptional level of customer service and at all times living our Core Values. The role will focus on providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers, ensuring timely, professional and consistent response to enquiries, requests for quotation and any issues the customer may be experiencing.Responsibilities:Customer Service and Account Manager Support:? Ensuring excellent customer service is provided at all times. ? Handling daily enquiries, ensuring customer needs are fully understood and met.? Answering calls in a professional manner, adhering to agreed timescales and ensuring sufficient phone coverage at all times.? Maintaining the customer database on excel.? Ensuring all SAP data entry is 100% complete and accurate.? Creating quotations and generating sales orders and invoices.? Following the authority matrix when pricing to the customer and effectively negotiates.? Providing support for the Account Manager team. ? Actively participates in product training to ensure knowledge is up to date and adequate to perform the role. ? Effectively participates in any ad-hoc campaigns (such as outbound calling for new product introduction).? Working closely with other areas of the business in order to facilitate fast resolution of any issue.? Ensuring proper storage of all relevant transactions and records etc.? Providing adhoc support with stock transfer requests, arrangement of deliveries and creating delivery notes.Education/ Qualification:? Completed secondary school. ? Preferred certificate in customer service/contact centre/admin.Experience:? 3 - 5 years working experience in an admin and customer service/contact centre environment.?
