We are looking for a native Arabic speaker for the role of Customer Service For a Real Estate Company.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients
  • Reply to emails, inquiries.& answer calls professionally
  • Attend to inquiries professionally to maintain a high standard of customer service
  • Manage a high volume of emails, Reports, letters, Agreements...
  • Take inbound and outbound calls.
  • Proactively calling clients to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Provide great customer service to existing and new clients..
  • Attend events (such as exhibitions, sales events...)
