Job Description

Our client is a˙luxury Real Estate˙company. They are now looking for a˙Customer Service Executive˙to join them.˙Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Attend to shoppers and tenants inquiries and feedback. Assist in the upkeeping of the mall.
  • Assist in the execution of the malls promotions and events. Assist in the sale and redemption of vouchers.
  • Follow communication ?scripts? when handling different topics
  • Identify customers? needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
  • Keep records of all conversations in the database in a comprehensible way
