Basic FunctionÿÿCustomer Service and relations Role in a growing distribution business dealing with multiple restaurants brands.Customer Service is first point of contact between Stores and Operations for orders, deliveries, issues (shortage, replacement, schedule etc ) as well Sale Invoice creation.Major Duties and Responsibilities:úÿÿÿÿÿÿReceive and process sales order.úÿÿÿÿÿÿFirst point of contact with stores for orders, shortage and replacement and delivery schedule.úÿÿÿÿÿÿCoordinate with Operation Coordinator and Operation team to find and communicate solution to the customer.úÿÿÿÿÿÿTimely issuance of Sale Invoices, Credit note and Sale return and communicate to Customer as well as Operation Team.úÿÿÿÿÿÿHandling customer complaints and maintain customer complaint registerúÿÿÿÿÿÿInternal communication on updates from stores, issues, and resolution feedback.úÿÿÿÿÿÿSwitch Over, New Product communication with customerúÿÿÿÿÿÿReports
