Customer Service ExecutiveJob Location : Dubai, UAEKey Responsibilities :•Handle end-to-end customer service tasks related to ocean export shipments•Prepare and manage export documentation (invoices, packing lists, BLs, etc.)•Coordinate with clients, shipping lines, and freight forwarders•Ensure timely booking confirmations, container releases, and shipment updates•Follow up on shipment statuses and resolve client queries efficiently•Work closely with internal logistics and documentation teamsCandidate Profile :•Minimum 2 years of experience in Export Ocean Customer Service•Prior work in shipping or freight forwarding is required•Strong knowledge of export procedures and compliance•Proficient in coordination, communication, and follow-up•Immediate availability is mandatory•Detail-oriented and proactive team player
