Maintaining meticulous documentation to keep a track of the order in hand for dispatch.
Shipment Database management using advance excel skills.
Ensuring operations executed according to customer agreed KPI?s. Responsible for preparing the KPI report for the customer?s monthly to measure the key performance.
Responsible to manage the accounts Operationally as per the Customer Service QMS procedures depending on the shipment mode
Responsible for handling complaints raised by the customers and the investigation and reporting pertaining to the issues.
Co-ordinating with the quote desk in acquiring competitive quote for the customer. Following up with customer on the feedback to quotes sent. Understanding the reason for not securing the business. working with account manager and product to improve competitiveness for the future offers.
Develop strong relationships with customers based on trust, honesty and mutual respect and ensure customer communication is pro-active and of the highest standard possible.
Support and collaborate with Key Account Manager and Senior Customer Service Executive on customer development, continuous improvement, and customer related projects
Provide innovative, workable solutions to a wide range of internal and customer problems.
Ensure accurate estimation of the freight jobs in Cargowise and warehouse billing for customers. Responsible for the billing of monthly jobs
