  • Ensure consistent, excellent customer service and satisfaction to freight forwarding field.
  • Accurately complete carriers and submission of shipping instructions.
  • Build strong customer relationships, understand and monitor customer?s processes and KPIs, and provide daily/weekly/monthly reports.
  • Perform shipping documentation and coordination with shipping line or agent as well as transportation with overseas offices.
  • Comply to companys SOP and quality policy, and perform other tasks as assigned by the superior.
