Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound telesales activities to generate leads, pitch services, and secure sales appointments for the field sales team.
Utilize a consultative approach to understand potential clients needs and effectively communicate the value of our printing services.
Maintain a database of leads, prospects, and clients, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Make a high volume of calls daily to potential clients, introducing our services, and setting up appointments for the sales team.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective telesales scripts and strategies.
Handle objections and provide accurate information to address client inquiries.
Achieve and exceed assigned telesales targets and objectives.
Provide timely and accurate feedback to the management team regarding market trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities.
Maintain detailed records of all important data
Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through various marketing channels.
Stay informed about the printing industry trends, the companys offerings, and competitive positioning.
Continuously improve telesales techniques through ongoing training and skill development.

Qualifications:

Filipino Female with Printing Company Experience in Customer Service Care
Previous experience in telesales, preferably within the printing industry, is essential.
Filipino nationality is required for this position.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and engaging phone demeanour.
Familiarity with printing techniques, materials, and services will be an advantage.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent negotiation and persuasive selling skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
