Position: Customer Service AssociateContract: 1 Year extendableSalary: AED 4,500 - 5,000Experience required: 1-2 years in Customer service and Tele salesWork days: 5 days workingWorking hours: 9 am ? 6 pmWork Location: DAFZA (Dubai Airport Freezone)Visa requirement: Own/Residence visa valid for 6 months.Language required: Arabic is mustYoull be require to:Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services.Attract business buyers and business sellers to register on the companys platform.Answer questions about products/services or the company.Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.Follow up with prospects to close deals.Enter and update customer information in the CRM (Hubspot CRM)Go the ?extra mile? to meet the target and build the reputation for the company.Were Looking For:Candidates with the following skills and experience:Good understanding of B2B ecommerce market is a plus.Proven work experience in customer service or tele sales with a track record of meeting/exceeding goals.Arabic fluency is a must.Creative negotiation skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to handle multiple diverse responsibilities.Ability to work well under pressure.Strong team player.Candidates holding valid Student/Sponsors/Employment visa with NOC will only be considered.
